Historically the content on 20th Century Studios Facebook and Instagram has been heavily led by global content of new studio releases and Disney+ titles.
Reporting showed that the minimal amount of evergreen content, whether it featured new or older titles, performed well on the channel and got fans engaging.
Objectives:
1. Build the 20th Century Studios social following
2. Build the brand personality and get audiences more engaged
3. Diversify the content:
4. Consistent always on approach
5. Celebrate the wider 20th Century Studios library
How:
In order to achieve the above objectives, I have tasked myself with creating more consistent evergreen content that was more than just pushing ticket sales or a streaming message.
I aimed to create content that made fans laugh, made them reminisce and get them sharing with friends.
Execution:
I implemented monthly evergreen content beats including Meme Mondays, Throwback Thursdays highlight title anniversaries, Facebook vote reacts, emoji challenges, watchlist carousels, celebrating celebrity birthdays and national days.
Below are some of my favourite pieces of content that I ideated and created.
